Enriching your life never stops. At The Fountains, life enrichment is a component of our core values. We understand people’s desire to stay active, get involved, and share their talents and experiences with others. Through planned activities and events, plus transportation and personal assistance, we support our residents in staying active. Spiritual enrichment, exercise and physical activity, volunteer programs, and cultural activities are available throughout our senior residential community as well as through many clubs and organizations within the Grand Valley.

Our dedicated staff and Activity Coordinators enjoy working with residents to find individual enrichment opportunities. From giving piano lessons to a fellow resident’s grandchild to attending on-site services and gatherings, a number of rewarding opportunities exist within The Fountains. Do you have a green thumb? Western Colorado's Botanical Gardens is always looking for friendly, cheerful volunteers, as are the local visitor centers, hospitals, spiritual communities, wineries, and more. The Fountains seeks to help each individual find enriching opportunities that keep their life full and rewarding.

Get to know the Grand Junction way of life – peaceful, yet active, and friendly. Enjoy a stroll through beautiful downtown, a night at the symphony, a drive over the breathtaking Colorado National Monument, or a tour of one of several wineries. If you like to camp and fish, the Grand Mesa, has everything for you. For the avid golfer, visit one of our many public and private golf courses in the area. The mild Grand Junction climate permits golfing year round.
